Thanks for visiting my (very primitive) web page and inviting me here.
You have a really great page and offer a wealth of information. Keep up the
good work. For having been allowed to serve with the officers and enlisted
personnel of the US Navy Hospital Corps and those attached to the Fleet Marine
Force, I am truly a lucky and fortunate man.
Semper Fi, Doc
I joined in 4-65 and went to Balboa corps school that summer. OR tech
school then duty at Pt Mugu calif. FMF school march to aug 66. Broke my arm
in training so went to 11th eng at pendleton instead of 1/9 or 2/9 with most
of my classmates. In country 11-66. Transferred to 2/3 1-67. Hill battles
and Operation Buffalo are 2 of 27 operations we did as special landing force
bravo. Purple heart for 881N 5may67. I miss my Marines in the best/worst
way. Semper Fi Do or Die, DOC

This web page is fantastic Dad!! Now I know why the family says that
you are always on the computer! I am very proud of the new awards, but I
am not surprised. If everyone out there had your dedication, heart, and memory
we would not be doomed to repeat our past. I love you! Love, your daughter
and wife of a dedicated corpsman, Robyn.
Hi! This page is awsome!!!
I was a platoon corpsman in A/1/1 and C/1/1 65-66. I went over with the battalion
when it mounted out in Aug 65 and returned home (to a sea billet on the East
coast) in Sep 66. In between I also spent a few months at 1/1's Battalion
Aid Station.
Skip- just stopped by for a cup and catching your updated log. Lots
of good stuff since my last visit. Your site is a great tribute to all of
us who have
Skip- Great to see that you got a guestbook up and running here, let
alone a great site for all of us Corpsmen. The stronger the presence we have
here on the web, the stronger our brotherhood becomes.

Really like you New web page. It look's great and I know your proud
to have been a FMF Corpsman, but you need to spend more time on your yard.
The grass is getting too high and needs cutting. Love, Mrs FMF DOC
Outstanding website--you have laid it out beautiful and is a real
tribute to USMC corpsmen.
I will link your site to mine in the next couple of days.
Can you please change the name of my site from Veteran's Voice to
The Veteran's Force of America
Cecil
Really nice page or is it a book? I like it and hope I to can someday
do as well. I understand it is an ongoing project but how long has it taking
you.
